The room I stayed in was gorgeous and quiet with shower. The hotel was set in a beachfront area just next door to a beautiful beach, the green bus line and the restaurant.
Well, internet connection was terrible.

It was just perfect time in Mazatlan. Really enjoyed my 3 nights stay. The room was good-sized and the views of the ocean were incredibly beautiful. This hotel was set in a beachfront area near the sea and beautiful sandy beach, the center, and the green bus line.
Their staff were a bit rude.

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
The beach location is fine , and the friendly service from staff like Jose. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing , surpassing my expectations.
The restaurant service was slow , and the food options weren't as plentiful as anticipated. I experienced some plumbing issues which detracted from overall comfort.

Cleanliness standards leave much to be desired!!! The rooms I experienced needed thorough cleaning, and the lack of amenities like a refrigerator was disappointing!!!

Couples seeking quiet comfort
First off, the bed was comfortable! And, I gotta say, the two gentlemen at the restaurant, Humberto and Michelle, treated us like royalty, catering to every single need.
It wasn't cheap, but you know what, still acceptable.

The room had a lovely small patio overlooking the beach , made mornings serene. The shower offered excellent water pressure which was refreshing after a long day.
The dining options were somewhat limited and could use improvement.

The room felt a bit cramped, especially with the desk and dresser so close to the bed. It was manageable for one night, but could be tighter for longer stays.
